Once upon a time in a village, there were two friends, Raj and Maya. Raj and Maya were great pals, and they both had a dream of receiving a good education when they grew up.
Raj had a strong passion for studying from a very young age. He always had books and pencils at his disposal and consistently worked hard to achieve good grades in school. Maya, too, was diligent in her studies, but she did not have access to books and pencils like Raj did.
One day, Raj and Maya were on their way to school when Maya realized she didn’t have a pencil. She turned to her friend and said, “Raj, I don’t have a pencil. Can you lend me one?”
With a smile, Raj replied, “Maya, you’re a good student, so I’ll give you one of my pencils.”
Maya was overjoyed and accepted the pencil. At school, Maya performed exceptionally well, all while taking great care of Raj’s pencil.
A few days later, Raj’s book tore apart, and he couldn’t afford to buy a new one. He turned to Maya and said, “Maya, I don’t have enough money to buy a new book. Can you lend me yours?”
Maya, with a smile on her face, said, “Raj, you work so hard, and that pencil was very important to me. I’ll lend you my book.”
Raj carefully used Maya’s book and continued to excel in his studies. He, too, achieved excellent grades.
This story teaches us the importance of sharing in education and helping others. Raj and Maya supported each other, and in the process, both of them achieved academic success. Furthermore, it illustrates that through education and a positive outlook, we can overcome obstacles and achieve our dreams.
